The thing I encounter most when working with my clients is this:
People try to eat healthy…
but they do not eat in a way that suits them.
And that is why they don't get results.
Because there is no one-size-fits-all diet.
There is what suits your temperament.
1. Assuming There Is Only One Diet That Fits Everyone
Today, many people:
- Try popular diets
- Apply to themselves what works for someone else
But most of the time, the result is:
fatigue, bloating, lethargy…
Because:
That way of eating may not be suitable for you.
For example:
- Someone with a cold temperament will struggle if they eat raw food constantly
- Someone with a hot temperament may lose their balance with heavy and oily foods
2. Not Listening to the Signals the Body Gives
In fact, the body speaks constantly.
- Feeling heavy after eating
- Constant sugar cravings
- Waking up tired in the morning
All of these are messages.
But most people suppress them.
The first step in my approach is this:
Learning to listen to the body
3. Detoxing Without Knowing Your Temperament
Detox has been very popular in recent years.
But it is not suitable for everyone.
A poorly executed detox:
- Low energy
- Headache
- Imbalance
can create.
Especially:
- For people with a cold temperament,
excessive detox practices can cause more harm.
4. Disrupting the Hunger – Satiety Balance
Some people eat constantly,
while others stay hungry for long periods.
Both disrupt the balance.
Temperament is the deciding factor here.
For example:
- Someone with a dry temperament struggles more when they stay hungry for a long time
- Someone with a moist temperament feels heavier the more they eat
So the issue is not just "what you eat,"
but how you eat it.
5. Ignoring the Season and Life Rhythm
There is something very important in ancient medicine:
Everything is done according to its time.
- The body works differently in winter
- Needs change in the summer
But modern life ignores this.
Everyone tries to eat in the same way.
However:
Temperament + season should be considered together.
The Most Important Point
Nutrition is not a list.
It is an awareness.
Until you find what suits you:
- Whatever you eat, it will feel incomplete
- Whatever you do, it won't quite fit
What Do I Do in Sessions?
I do not give you a diet list.
I do the following:
- Analyze your temperament
- Determine your body's needs
- Create a nutritional direction specific to you
And most importantly:
We make it sustainable.
Conclusion
Proper nutrition,
is eating in a way that suits you.
Everything done without knowing yourself is temporary.
But what suits you:
is permanent.
If you too:
- Are tired of constantly trying different diets
- Want to understand your body
- Want to establish the nutritional regimen that is truly good for you
You can join individual analysis and nutritional guidance sessions.
