About Me
My path was shaped by an ancient perspective that does not define a human being based on a single fragment.
For many years, I have been working with ancient medicine, holistic approaches, and temperament-based human reading.
This journey is not just about accumulating knowledge;
it is about understanding the human body, emotions, and life rhythm as a whole.
I am not a healer.
I am not a savior either.
I am a guide who accompanies a person in realizing their own nature.
How Did My Journey Begin?
My interest in understanding human beings
was not limited to a single method or a single discipline.
Over time, I realized that:
The same symptom, the same emotion, or the same life question
carries a different meaning for every person.
At the center of this difference lie:
-
time of birth
-
temperament structure
-
nervous system sensitivity
-
life rhythm
Any work done without seeing this difference
remains incomplete, even with good intentions.
My Working Approach
There are three principles that I base my work on:
1. Temperament-Based Perspective
I care about understanding a person within a framework suited to their own nature, not with ready-made molds.
2. Listening to the Language of the Body
Instead of suppressing symptoms,
I try to hear what the body wants to express.
3. Ethical and Limited Accompaniment
I do not make decisions for the client.
I do not direct.
I do not claim to heal.
For me, holistic work
requires responsibility and transparency.
My Identity as an Educator and Author
I care about sharing this knowledge not only through one-on-one sessions,
but also through trainings and written works.
The holistic trainings I prepare are;
-
not based on rote learning
-
do not contain the language of fear
-
are not decorated with mystical claims
But they are deep.
They are systematic.
And they create space for the person to work on themselves.
My goal in my writings and trainings is;
not to multiply information, but to deepen the meaning.
What I Do Not Do
I would like to state this clearly:
-
I do not diagnose
-
I do not apply medical treatments
-
I do not suggest medication or medical interventions
-
I do not promise rapid transformation or miracles
Holistic work
requires patience, awareness, and personal responsibility.
Who Do I Work With?
My work is for people who;
-
want to know themselves more deeply
-
are curious about the language of their body and emotions
-
want to organize their life rhythm without forcing it
-
seek a holistic perspective consciously, rather than superficially
I am here not for those looking for ready-made prescriptions,
but for those who want to find their own path.
Final Word
The holistic path is;
not an effort to fix oneself,
but the courage to make contact with yourself.
If you, too,
want to know your own nature,
cooperate with your body
and look at your life from a more conscious place,
I am here.
