(Holistic Therapy Service Agreement

This agreement has been prepared to clearly and transparently define the rights and responsibilities of the parties within the scope of holistic therapy services provided based in the Netherlands.

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into by and between;

Service Provider:
Adem Özbay
Holistic Therapist · Trainer · Author
(Based in the Netherlands)

and

Client:
The person receiving online or face-to-face holistic therapy services

.

2. Nature of Service

The holistic therapy service is offered as:

  • based on awareness and personal development

  • a holistic approach to body, emotion, mind, and life rhythm

  • a temperament-based accompaniment process

This service:

  • is not medical treatment

  • does not replace psychological therapy

  • does not provide a diagnosis

  • does not offer any guarantee of healing or results

3. Role of the Therapist

The therapist:

  • does not make decisions on behalf of the client

  • does not provide directions or instructions

  • does not assume the responsibility of the client

The role of the therapist is;
to open a space for awareness, ask questions, and ethically accompany the process.

4. Client's Responsibility

The client:

  • accepts that they are participating in the process of their own free will

  • accepts that they are responsible for their own shares and decisions

  • accepts that they are not using holistic therapy as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment

The client is obliged to consult relevant health or mental health professionals when necessary.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential.

  • Sessions are not recorded

  • Information is not shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent

Confidentiality is protected, except for legal requirements.

6. Online Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via secure digital platforms.

The client:

  • declares that they are responsible for the confidentiality of their own environment

  • accepts limitations arising from the technical infrastructure

7. Personal Data (AVG / GDPR)

The client's personal data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR) solely for the purposes of:

  • execution of the service

  • appointment scheduling

  • fulfillment of legal obligations

The client acknowledges they have been informed about their data rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The holistic therapy process does not include a guarantee of:

  • medical results

  • psychological recovery

  • a specific change

The client acknowledges that any results arising from the service are related to their own life conditions and decisions.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is subject to Dutch Law. Dutch competent authorities shall be taken as a basis in case of disputes.

10. Consent

The client declares that:

  • they have read this agreement

  • they understand its content

  • they accept it of their own free will
