Online Session Privacy & GDPR Information Text

This information text has been prepared to inform the client regarding the
privacy, protection, and processing of personal data shared within the scope of online holistic therapy sessions.

By participating in online sessions, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions set out below.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All information shared during online sessions is confidential.

This information:

  • is not shared with third parties

  • is not used for commercial or promotional purposes

  • is not recorded without the client's explicit consent

Session contents are not recorded.
Confidentiality is the fundamental principle of the holistic therapy process.

Responsibility Regarding Online Sessions

  • Online sessions are conducted via secure digital communication platforms.

  • The client is responsible for the privacy of the environment they are in during the session.

  • It is recommended that no third parties be present in the environment during the session.

In case of temporary disruptions caused by technical infrastructure, the parties shall work toward a solution with mutual good faith.

Processing of Personal Data (AVG / GDPR)

Within the scope of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (AVG / GDPR);

The following personal data may be processed:

  • name and surname

  • contact details (e-mail, phone)

  • appointment details

  • information shared by the client regarding the session process

This data is processed only for the following purposes:

  • appointment scheduling and communication

  • conducting the holistic therapy process

  • fulfillment of legal obligations

The data will not be used for any other purpose.

Legal Basis

Personal data is processed based on;

  • the client's explicit consent

  • the execution of the service relationship between the client and the therapist

as legal bases.

Data Security and Retention Period

  • Personal data is protected by appropriate technical and administrative measures against unauthorized access.

  • Data is stored only for the necessary duration.

  • When the legal retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Session Notes

  • Short personal notes regarding sessions may be kept solely to support the therapy process.

  • These notes are not shared with third parties and are kept confidential.

Client Rights (AVG)

The client has the following rights under AVG:

  • accessing their personal data

  • requesting the correction of their data

  • requesting the deletion of their data

  • objecting to data processing

  • requesting the restriction of data processing

These requests can be submitted in writing.

Sharing with Third Parties

Personal data is under no circumstances shared with third parties except for legal obligations.

  • the online session conditions

  • the processing of my personal data under AVG (GDPR)
